At Strength & Spirit we believe wellness is more than movement, it’s how you live, breathe, and connect.

Founded by Leanne Mills, with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness, we offer mindful yoga, pilates, and massage therapy designed to help you feel strong, centred, and at ease.

Our ethos is simple: to promote free, content empowerment through mindful movement and self-awareness. When you move with strength and breathe with intention, you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.
