Through yoga, Pilates, and massage therapy, we create a welcoming space where every individual can move at their own pace, find balance, and build strength from the inside out.

Whether you join a group class or book a 1:1 session, you’ll be guided in a relaxed, encouraging environment that allows you to progress at your own pace. Online options are also available for individuals and small groups, making wellbeing accessible wherever you are.

Founded by Leanne Mills, a Beverley-based trainer with more than two decades of experience in health and wellness, Strength & Spirit reflects her belief that movement should be inclusive, encouraging, and empowering. Leanne’s approach helps you feel both physically and mentally strong, carrying that sense of calm confidence into everyday life.
